Designed and built with pride in the USA. These performance intake manifolds will take your SRT6 or SLK32 AMG to a new level. These are a direct replacement to the factory intake manifolds. Utilizing larger mandrel bent billet aluminum tubing and an enlarged tuned plenum these manifolds flow almost double that of the factory intake manifolds! We have over a year of R&D and flow testing before we attached our logo onto them. This will most likely be the nicest and best flowing part on your car. Each set of these intake manifolds get around 20 hours of labor! We add a 1/8NPT bung to the passenger side manifold tubing for use with a boost sensor for your boost gauge (designed with the Zeitronix boost sensor but can also be used with other electronic boost gauges) and close it off with a plug incase you are not ready to install your gauges yet. This bung could be welded to the drivers side if you would prefer, please put that into the special instructions at checkout.
Once professionally built and pressure tested, the intake manifolds are then internally ported/polished around the intake ports and thru the distribution tube going into the plenum. They are then professionally “decked” on the underside mating surfaces to ensure a proper seal. From there they are then Teflon coated for both the internal flow increase and also the Teflon is tinted in order for the external appearance. The Teflon can be tinted a wide range of colors but specific color match is difficult. Inquire if you are interested in a custom color.
The manifolds are then pressure tested for their 3rd time and fitted with all new stainless polished intake manifold bolts and washers along with 2 sets (4 total) of our rubber/cork intake manifold gaskets which have been proven to hold more boost then you can throw at them.
The intake manifolds will be tinted with as close to a match as we can get to the silver powder coated cold air intakes we make (which you should have as these manifolds were not designed to be used with the factory intake air filter system). We have also made a few sets done in semi gloss black which also came out looking great, if you would prefer black or any other color please send us an inquiry and we can discuss the color of your choice.

Note: above numbers were from one manifold, together these should be able to flow 960-970cfm!!!!!!
The NeedsWings Y-Pipe is recommended with these manifolds to compliment each other (y-pipe is sold separately).
A specific tune is available thru InMotionTuning for these manifolds and is highly recommended! (Sold separately thru InMotion Tuning ) You will want the "Full Custom Chip Tuning". With the oem pcm calibration and our Cold Air Intake, ASP pulleys and these new manifolds the pcm was not delivering enough fuel for our liking. We have worked with inmotion to "fatten" up the fuel curve to our ideal Air Fuel Ratio and have dialed in this tune at every 100 rpm's!
The dyno chart below shows the gains on our Chrysler Crossfire SRT6 with NeedsWings Cold Air Intake, ASP Pulleys, and InMotion Base Tune already installed. The gains are after installing the new manifolds, Y-pipe, custom tune and a few minutes of street driving for the pcm to adjust to the new air volume. We pulled back into the dyno and strapped it back down and saw an avarage increase of 44 wheel horsepower and 22 ft/lbs of torque! Same dyno, same day.
The “SUPERCHARGED” emblems are free option that can be added to the top of the manifolds if you choose. The intake manifolds will come with our NEEDSWINGS logo on the outer sides and without the SUPERCHARGED emblems by default. If you would like the SUPERCHARGED emblems on top please mention it in the special instructions section during checkout.
