If you have a SRT6 or SLK32 and are making more boost then the asp178 produces, this is the key to taming the beast.  The customers we are referring to are those that have a larger diameter crank pulley than a 178mm or have the 178 WITH THE ADDITION of a smaller supercharger pulley.   Customers and also our car have seen dangerously lean air/fuel ratios up to 17:1afr at WOT in the 20+psi scenario.   The quest for more power has led us to looking to safely run more boost pressure then the 18psi we normally see with the 178, thus this kit was developed and tweaked dozens of times with the great help of WALDIG and XRAY.    We have successfully brought a 17:1 afr down to a mid 12 afr across the rpm band (we can get it down into the 10:1afr at 25psi if we wanted).  This has been done on factory calibrations and also with aftermarket calibrations. 

If you have just the asp178 or asp178psk178 then this kit is not needed.

We can adjust the base fuel pressure along with an algorithm controlled fuel pressure increase where we want it in the fuel curve.  We can modulate the fuel pressure by up to an additional 20psi over our base pressure, although we scale that back to where it needs to be with the kit. 

This kit is assuming you already have a Zeitronix Wideband ZT-2 Kit, if you do not that will need to be purchased also as the ZT-2 is the “brains of the operation”.  Most customers at this point already own the Zeitronix ZT-2 controller so we are omitting it from this kit.  You will need to ability to plug a windows laptop or desktop up to the Zeitronix to initially save the algorithm.

Walbro 255lph HP fuel pump with necessary fittings.
Aeromotive Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator with necessary fittings and gauge.
Mercedes High Flow Fuel Filter.
Fuel line and clamps.
Zeitronix ZAVT (audio visual trigger).
Zeitronix ZAVT Relay.
Zeitronix Boost Sensor.
Adjustable Boost Signal kit including:
2x air pressure solenoids
Adjustable Pressure Bleed Valve
Fittings to attach to boost signal tap to intake manifold or lower ypipe.  If you do not have a female 1/8” npt port on either, we can add a bung to one of our lower ypipes (please contact us on that). 
Hoses, tees, clamps, ties and adaptor.

A Zeitronix fuel pressure sensor and fittings are also recommended but not absolutely necessary so they are not included in this kit.

We intentionally did not add larger injectors to the SRT6 due to wanting the car to run properly during not wide open throttle operation also.  Larger injectors would be "broad swording" the issue and the car would be running extremely rich while normal driving.  We have seen our fuel system supply more than enough fuel for 25psi thru the factory injectors at a factory injector duty cycle.
